Have you ever gotten ahead of yourself with planning out a future? Just me? Hmm. Okay then.
I once heard that if your thoughts tend to be future facing, you’re more prone to anxious thoughts and if they tend to be past facing, you’re more prone to depressive thoughts. And well, for me, my thoughts spend a lot of time imagining all of these future possibilities. I think it is one of the things that has made dating hard for me. I don’t spend enough time in the present moment. Instead I am stuck in the plethora of possibilities.
