How can I purchase your work?
The easiest way is the online store! I’ve got my available works listed there and you can even shop by size or by collection if you know a little bit more what you’re looking for.
I do offer flexible payment plans for any pieces over $1000. If you’re interested in a large piece and paying on a payment plan, send me an email at [email protected] to discuss the options.

How can I stay up to date on what you’re doing?
Great question!

What if I’m interested in a piece but I don’t know if it will fit well into my home? Home decor isn’t my strong suit.
Send me an email ([email protected]) or a DM (@chellethepainter)! Tell me what piece you’re thinking about and the space you’re thinking it might go in. Feel free to send pics. I’m happy to do some dreaming with you to make sure you can make a space that you totally love. I love home decor!
Are you a title first or a title last type of artist?
Ooooh! This is a juicy one. I am a title first person. I have a section of my Google Tasks app dedicated to title ideas. Some of them live there for a short time. Others sit and wait for YEARS before becoming a painting (those are the ones that really need to marinate in my brain).
There are times when the title changes during the course of painting. Sometimes the story I set out to tell with a painting doesn’t end up being the one I’m telling, so I have to rethink the title. But by and large, I’m a title first person.
There are little post-it notes that float around my studio keeping the name of the painting with the painting itself.

Where do you find inspiration?
The inspiration for my titles come from songs, things I’m thinking or hearing, or ideas I can’t escape from. The paintings are stories I tell from those titles. I get a lot of inspiration from nature, colors I find fascinating, things in the world that catch my eye. I love stained glass, and that has been a repeating image in my artwork for many years. Occasionally something gets stuck in my head, and I can’t get it out until I make enough art about it - like polka dots recently.
Right now, joy is a huge piece of what is inspiring me and what I've been thinking about as an artist.
