In the movie 13 Going on 30, the 13 year old version of the main character wishes in a closet to be “Thirty, Flirty, & Thriving” like she read in a magazine article to escape from her struggles as an awkward teen. If you had asked me at 13 or even 20 what I thought “Thirty, Flirty, & Thriving” would look like, I would have given you an answer that is very different than the version I am living now.
