I used to wait for the person or the next milestone in life before I started living. But then I started buying myself the flowers instead of waiting for someone to buy them for me. I started going out and doing things I wanted to do instead of waiting for someone to go with. I didn’t need to keep waiting for something to happen before I could start enjoying my life.
